Meditation is a mental exercise that can be used not only for mental and physical relaxation and well being, but also for spiritual gains.

The meditation techniques can be divided in two main groups - "Concentrated Focus" and "Expanded Consciousness".

There is a specific purpose and outcome of each group of meditation techniques. Also, each individual's needs are unique and suitable technique must be selected for optimum results.
